Scribbles of An Ape

Everyone knows the age old topic of abortion. If you don't know what an abortion is; it is purposely killing a baby after it has been conceived. Most people believe that abortion is wrong. They also believe that you should not be responsible for taking a life away especially a baby. Many people are pro-life and want abortion to be illegal. Heated debates go on involving this topic. There is no right or wrong answer I guess, but I think it's all in what you prefer.

Me personally I believe that an abortion isn't a big deal. The way I see it is you do whatever is that is right for you. For instance you could've been raped and the result of that rape was your pregnancy. Now this situation is perfect for abortion. For the rest of your life if you have this baby you will be haunted by the rape. This would be an unfortunate situation for someone and they shouldn't have to suffer for it. Also if you're just young and dumb and you didn't use proper protection and you find yourself pregnant. If you know you aren't going to be able to parent this baby then why keep it inside you? The best way I can explain this situation is why does everyone else care what someone else is doing to their body? The way I see it is mind your own business and go on with your life. Keep your nose out of everyone's business and let them decide what is right for them. There are many reasons for abortions. Those reasons are that of the person who is thinking of getting the abortion. This is not up to society at all.

The whole scandal that involves Senator Wiener was way to big of an issue. The story is that he accidentally posted a lewd picture onto his public Twitter Timeline that was supposed to be a direct message to someone. Well this someone was a college coed. Of course he denies ever sending it and of course the college coed will deny any accusation that says they had a relationship. Everyone thinks that this was such a big deal for many reasons. Many people think that since he was married he shouldn't have been sending pictures to anyone at all. Many people also think that if he was going to be sending picture then it should be to someone around his age. Most people though were just upset at the whole issue.

Now onto my point. All I have to say is who cares ?! Why is it even any of our business? Guess what, it's not. Things like this happen every single day. This was only such a big deal because this man was a senator. If he was just a regular old person no one would even bat an eye. The problem with America is that we're just so nosy. We're all curious by nature and sometimes that can just get involved in things that aren't our business. I could really care less what he's doing and who he's doing it with. If his wife doesn't have a problem with it then so be it. If the college coed is of legal age then let them do whatever they please. We just need to stay out of his business. This was an accident and only accident. This affair could have gone on for sooo much longer had he hit direct message, so people need to just calm down. Senator Wiener is innocent in my eyes and had no reason to resign.

So the day she decides to take me out of her bag is the worst. She took me out of her bag and left me for about 6 hours in this lonely dark house. Then when she came back she completely ignored me. Then what happened was something that I could never have imagine. Two little twins came rushing toward me. They couldn't have been anything less than 2 years old. Well anyway they both came charging at me. When they finally got to the the table I sitting on their filthy little hands were all over me. Next thing I know I'm in engulfed in a saliva filled mouth. I think this could be the grossest thing I've ever felt. Then just as fast as I was her mouth I'm being thrown back and forth. I think at one point I even ended up in the trash and maybe even the toilet. Either way by 2 o' clock the little devils were asleep and I could finally rest. Now here I am just trying to erase all the memories from my brain.

Is this all I can do? A very important question I ask. I'm started to get the feeling that I'm only good for holding an iPod. I mean sure that's my job and all but still; I want to be able to do something else. If I were sitting on the street lost; would anybody take a look at me? If I fell out of someone's pocket; would anybody even offer me back to my owner? Am I as worthless as I think I am. I probably I am. I could tell that I was by my owner's reaction when she received me. Her face expressed a look of disgust and unhappiness. I don't think I'm good for much of anything. I'm just good for nothing at all. I don't even have any real color to me. I'm just see through; wow what pizazz? I don't even have personality. Sometimes I wonder why I was even made if I was just going to be used for one purpose. Humans have multiple uses don't they? This is not fair to me at all. I just wish for one day I could be something else.

You look at me and what do you see? You see a case, a holder, or maybe even an iPod holder. Well at any rate who even cares what I do? I started off in my owner's hand and have been passed to another. After being in the hands of a stranger; here I am in another person's home. I don't even know how I can be considered as being in someone's home because I've just been thrown in a bag. I'm treated like just what I am. Just an everyday iPod holder. I can't even breathe in here and I got wet to today in this idiot's bag. To my surprise I got a little air when she complained about me to her mother and then just whipped my somewhere again. I feel empty now since I'm not covering anything. I miss feeling like a security guard and protecting something so precious. Now that I'm feeling this way; I realize that I just hold iPods and nothing else. Maybe that's why I'm treated this way.

If you don't already know the story then let's jump right into a small summary. Chris Brown and Rihanna, both R&B singers, are said to have gotten into some kind of argument that led to a big blow out. Chris Brown beat Rihanna horribly; almost to a bloody pulp if you will. He smashed her head into the window, bit her ears and fingers, and punched her repeatedly. Now I know that this situation sounds horrible and it is but there is too much speculation out there. Of course everyone is insisting that Chris Brown is a monster and that Rihanna is the victim. Now we will never know what happened in that car that caused this beating to begin but that is no reason to make up your own stories. Everyone has their opinion on this issue but sometimes opinions began to get outrageous. Now he was charged with 2 felonies and everything has been cloudy since then.


Now personally I might be biased in this situation because I love Chris Brown with a passion. With that being said you've been warned before you start to read my take on this situation. Before stating what I'm going to elaborate on please know that I don't condone any abuse in any form. Sometimes people deserve to be hit! I don't think that people should be beaten at all , but we all put our foots in our mouth or do something that is worth having some sense smacked into us. That statement goes for both women and men. Since I don't know what happened in the car I can't really say much but I will anyway. It can't all be Chris Brown's fault. There are always two people in a fight. I'm sure that Chris Brown didn't just randomly start assaulting her; he could have been provoked. I know that still that doesn't make it right for him to do with what he did. But if she did provoke maybe she did need a slap. There are stories going around that a woman texted him and Rihanna didn't like it so she decided to take his phone. There are also stories going around about the possibility of Rihanna giving him a STD. Again we will never know what happen but personally I'm on Chris Brown's side. Again I don't condone abuse but I do not believe any of the whole he just stared to abuse her speculations. Take this however you want but remember there are always two sides to a story.
